A graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), SUBZIRO studied Material and Metallurgical Engineering (MME) — a path that showcased his discipline and intelligence. But it was during his university days that his true passion emerged. Performing under the name King Sly, he began to make waves on campus as a gifted rapper with a unique voice and message.
In 2024, he rebranded as SUBZIRO, a name symbolizing transformation, clarity, and fearlessness. That same year, he released his debut single “Ni’Me Ogbe”, a powerful anthem that introduced listeners to his authentic storytelling, street-conscious lyrics, and distinctive vocal delivery. The track quickly gained traction, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career.
Now signed to Kucci World Records, SUBZIRO is on a mission to be the voice of the streets and a symbol of resilience for the next generation.
