Tragedy has struck close to British-Nigerian boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, as two of his close friends who reportedly arrived Nigeria with him earlier today have been confirmed dead following an auto crash that occurred this afternoon.
One of the deceased, identified as Latz, was said to be Joshua’s longtime best friend. Reports indicate that the trio were in Nigeria to spend the holidays together, just as they did last year during the Christmas season.
Heartbreakingly, Latz was said to have posted on Snapchat about four hours before the unfortunate incident, while Anthony Joshua still reportedly has a video of them playing table tennis on his social media status.
Friends, fans, and supporters have expressed shock and deep sadness over the devastating news, describing the incident as a painful and emotional loss.
